About me:
My name is Nicole Alex and I go by Nicole.
My pronouns are: She/Her
Above, I added a picture of myself along with one of my favorite acrylic paintings I made. The painting is inspired by the band Led Zeppelin. The two bottom pictures are pictures of my favorite rock artists (left to right: the band aerosmith and 'Kiss' guitarist, Ace Frehley.
As you can tell, I'm a huge fan of rock music. I was born into a family with a history and love for rock music. Some of my family members are in bands! Ever since I was a little girl, I've been surrounded by classic rock, glam metal, and grunge. My parents went to a lot of rock concerts in the 70s, 80s, and 90s!
One thing I'm good at is picking up certain hobbies, sticking to them, and progressively getting better at them (ex: playing guitar, painting, and drawing.)
During this semester in art, I would love to learn more about certain techniques in sculpting and possibly making some unique pieces. I tend to be more creative when teachers give students the free will to make what we want.
I look forward to learning and growing as a student!
